Delivery Options Overview

PadelTribe.pk offers fast delivery across Pakistan—3–4 business days in major cities, 3–7 in remote areas, with express same-day or next-day options available in select locations.

Exchange or Returns

To request a return or exchange, please email us at sales@padeltribe.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery, and only applies if the product is received in a damaged condition.
  • If 7 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Women’s underwear and swimwear are non-returnable unless the hygiene seal is intact.

Return Process

  • Email us at sales@padeltribe.pk with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).

  • Once approved, we will coordinate a pickup via courier (courier fee of PKR 500 will be deducted from your refund).

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • Please note, orders cannot be canceled or refunded after they have been shipped.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund:
  • Check your bank account or mobile wallet.
  • Contact your payment provider or bank – it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • If you still haven't received your refund, contact us at sales@padeltribe.pk.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We will replace items free of charge if they are received damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent.
  • To request an exchange, email us at sales@padeltribe.pk and our operations team will guide you through the next steps.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

At PadelTribe.pk, we aim to dispatch all orders within 3–4 business days. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location:

  • Major cities: 3–4 business days

  • Remote areas: 3–7 business days

If your order hasn’t arrived within this timeframe, please share your order number with us at sales@padeltribe.pk, and our team will promptly check the status and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

Thank you for asking! We don’t offer delivery on public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the following business day. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?
  • If you’ve prepaid for your order:
    No, you don’t need to be present. Our driver will leave the package at your door and take a photo as proof of delivery.
  • If your order is Cash on Delivery (COD):
    Yes, either you or an authorized person must be present to make the payment and receive the package.
